Add all masalas and marinate cauliflower.
Cut brinjals into bite size pieces. Grill brinjal with little oil on pan. In the same pan grill the cauliflower too.
Take a pan add butter and crisp pita bread on both sides.
For white sauce mix curd with tahini, all masalas ,salt an 2 tbsp water and boil.
Take a plate add kidney beans, brinjal amd white sauce.
Cut pita breads and add on it. Add roasted badam, pomegranate, grilled cauliflower, almonds, parsley
