Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • Mutton mince 1 kg


  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp


  • Pure ghee 2 tbsp


  • Salt 2 tsp


  • Green chillies 6-7


  • Cumin powder 1 tbsp


  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp


  • Garam masala 1 tsp


  • Coriander leaves finely chopped 1/2 cup


  • Mint leaves 1/2 cup


  • Dry coconut powder 2 tbsp


  • Gram flour roasted 2 tbsp


  • Onion chopped large 1


  • Fresh cream 2 tbsp

Directions

  • Add everything to a food processor one by one except ghee. Make a smooth kabab mix. Add ghee to it and mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • Grease your palms a bit before shaping into either round or oblong kabaabs. Make all in the similar way.
  • Baste them with any light flavoured Oil if required until done either on a gas grill or a pan griller or a charcoal barbecue too. Either way, you will be left with juicy and succulent Kabaabs in your hands. Enjoy these lipsmacking meat delicacy with your loved ones and friends alike with Naans and lots of Green Salad.
  • A yummy variation of Mughlai kabaabs made with mutton mince. My grandmom's perfect recipe that is so very delish. These can be made with chicken mince too and i have uploaded the recipe already on my profile few days back. Melt in mouth, delicious kabaabs are best served hot with homemade garlic butter Naans. These Kabaabs just melt in your mouth due to it's smooth velvety texture. Enjoy!
