Roughly chop spring onion, ginger, garlic, coriander stem and red pepper.
Place them in a grinder along with all the other ingredients except chicken pieces.
Grind them to make a thick paste.
Take clean and trimmed chicken pieces to a dish.
Pour the spice paste over the chicken pieces and mix nicely to coat.
Cover and keep aside for atleast 2 hour or keep overnight in the refrigerator.
After 2 hours or next day, grill the chicken pieces in an electric griller or in a charcoal griller.
Grill for about 20 to 30 minutes or until done.
I served them with some stir fried noodles and garlic sauce.
