Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1.Garam masala ( khara) example-Dalchini, illaichi , long, kaali mirch


  • 2. Onions- 5 pices


  • 3. Tomatoes- 2


  • 4. Ginger and garlic paste


  • 5. Green chillies- 4-5


  • 6. Curd - 2-3 spoon


  • 7.eggs- 8


  • 8. Basmati rice


  • 9.salt, Turmeric powder, red chilli powder, kashmiri mirch 10. Ghee/ oil

Directions

  • Finely chop the onions, then fry 2 onions till it gets brown.. then take it out in a separate plate and keep it aside
  • Then after boil the eggs take it out in a plate.. Heat frying pan put some oil in it and add pinch of spices like red chillie powder and Turmeric powder. When it gets brown add boiled eggs in that and fry untill it comes out with a beautiful texture. Then Take it out and keep it aside.
  • Take basmati rice in a container as per your consumption wash it properly and add water in it and also add 2-3 Daalchini in it and keep it on high flame to boil .. when the rice gets 80% cooked , drain the water and let it rest.
  • Meanwhile heat the pressure cooker, add 2-3 table spoon of ghee, as it gets heat up add khara garam maslas. Then add 3 finely chopped onions, and green chillies to it. After that add tomatoes and stirr them occasionally. As it gets brownish colour add curd and some spices like 1 spoon of chicken masala, kashmiri mirch, garam masala and also 2 spoon of ginger garlic paste
  • Now saute it for around 5-8 mins. You will see everything is properly cooked as oil will come out over the spices. Then add rice that u have earlier kept aside which was 80% cooked . Add 2 small glass of water in it and stir properly so that everything is mixed up.
  • Then put eggs over it and add those fried onions which u have kept aside initially. If you wish you can add finely chopped coriander leaves for garnishing. Then close the pressure cooker lid. Wait for 2 whistle on high flame.
  • Now turn off the flame. Wait till the vapour comes out then open it and your dish is ready to serve..
