Firstly in a small blender jar add, coriander leaves except 1tsp for garnishing, green chili, garlic cloves, ginger, 1tsp salt, tomato, 1tbsp water blend it make a fine paste
Now remove in a bowl keep it a side
Now take a mixing bowl add paneer, mashroom, prepared green chatuny, and given all spices ,1tsp cooking oil mix it properly
Now keep it in fridge for 4 hours
Now after hours take out from fridge and set sekwer and apply brush with oil now grill it on direct flame or microwave for 10 minutes at 200c
Now remove on plate and enjoy it
