1) Roast coconut in oven till creamish color and crisped up, let it cool down 2) Beat butter and sugar to fluffy mixture 3) Add the rest of ingredients and put little by little flour as it forms pliable soft dough for rolling or shaping the biscuits 4) Shape up biscuits and keep on tray 5) Bake on 180-200°C depending on thickness of biscuits 6) Let it cool down then decorate with melted cooking chocolate
