Corns- 6
Lime juice- 2 tsp
Red chili powder- 1 tsp
Chaat masala – 1 tsp
Grated cheese – 1/2 cup
Directions
In a small bowl, mix together the lime juice, red chili powder, chaat masala, and salt.
Keep it aside. Remove the husk from the corns and grill them, rotating them every few minutes until you get a nice char on the corns.
