Ingredients

Serves 5

  • 5-6 tomatoes

  • 1 onion

  • 15-20 curry leaves

  • 1 bowl chopped green coriander leaves

  • 1 bowl tamarind

  • 5-6 red chilli

  • 5-6 green chillies

  • 1 tablespoon oil

  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon jeera

  • 1 teaspoon hing

  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder

Directions

  • 01

    Take kadai put oil jeera curry leaves and onion saute till golden brown

  • 02

    Add red chilli green chillies and saute add chopped tomatoes

  • 03

    Add coriander leaves turmeric powder red chilli powder and tamarind

  • 04

    Let it cool grind into paste
