Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 500 gm boneless chicken


  • 200 gm curd


  • 2 cup. spinach leafs blanched


  • 1 cup corriendel leafs


  • 1 inch ginger


  • 7 to 8 cloves garlic


  • 7 to 8 green chillies


  • 3 spoon salt


  • 3 spoons kasuri methi


  • 3 spoons tandoori masala


  • 2 spoon oil

Directions

  • clean chicken & keep aside
  • make paste of spinach, green chillies, ginger, garlic & corriendel leafs
  • In a glass bowl mix chicken with curd, green paste , oil ,salt, tandoori masala & kasuri methi
  • keep it aside for marinating atleat 25 to 30 min
  • arrange chicken on barbeque stick
  • grill it for 12 to 15 min
  • serve hot with green chutney & leman slice
  • garnish with cabbage
