1small bowl cooked white peas ( in a cooker add soaked white peas as required water, pinch baking soda to taste salt now pressure cook up to 3whistles now turn on the flame cook for 5 min then turn off the flame)
1 1/2 tbsp turmind chatuny
2 tbsp green coriander chatuny
1tsp rosted cumin powder
1tsp chaat masala pwd
1tsp black salt
2tbsp butter or pure ghee
1 big size preboild and smashed potatoes
3 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
2tsp grated ginger
1tsp finely chopped green chillies
6 fried golgappa or panipuri for garnishing
1cup green peas
2tsp tsp salt (as needed )
2 medium size onion finely chopped
Directions
In a wok grease with some butter or ghee put wash tomatoes, some salt now cover and cook for mushy and translucent on lower flame
Now mash it properly just like a puree add tomatoes mix it well
Now add given all ingredients and spices mix it properly on medium flame for 5 min
Now remove a serving bowl and top garnish with some breck golgappa and serve it
