Ingredients

Serves 3

  • rawa for appam 1 cups

  • curd 1/2 cups

  • salt 1 tsp

  • dill leafs 1 cups

  • fruit salt 1/2 tsp

  • leman juice 2 tsp

  • tandoori masala 2 tsp

  • greenchilli paste 1 tsp

  • water 3-4 cups

  • curd for marination 1 cups

  • capsicum cut into cubes 1 nos

  • onion cut into cubes 1 nos

Directions

    mix rawa, curd dill leafs & salt & keep it aside for8 to 10 min

  • 02

    add sufficient water & make batter for appam.

  • 03

    add fruit salt

  • 04

    Greece appam mould & prepare appam

  • 05

    coat appam , onion and capsicum with leman juice ,curd & tandoori masala & keep it aside for 5 min

  • 06

    grill for 4 to 5 min

  • 07

    arrange appam in between onion and capsicum

  • 08

    serve it with beetroot chatni
