Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 cups rawa for appam


  • 1/2 cups curd


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 cups dill leafs


  • 1/2 tsp fruit salt


  • 2 tsp leman juice


  • 2 tsp tandoori masala


  • 1 tsp greenchilli paste


  • 3-4 cups water


  • 1 cups curd for marination


  • 1 nos capsicum cut into cubes


  • 1 nos onion cut into cubes

Directions

  • mix rawa, curd dill leafs & salt & keep it aside for8 to 10 min
  • add sufficient water & make batter for appam.
  • add fruit salt
  • Greece appam mould & prepare appam
  • coat appam , onion and capsicum with leman juice ,curd & tandoori masala & keep it aside for 5 min
  • grill for 4 to 5 min
  • arrange appam in between onion and capsicum
  • serve it with beetroot chatni
