Ingredients

Serves 4

  • slices of brown bread 10-12 piece

  • potato, boiled & mashed 1 nos

  • paneer, mashed 100 gms

  • fried onions 2 tsp

  • green chilies, chopped 1-2 gms

  • coriander leaves, chopped 2-3 tbsp

  • salt 1/2 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

  • tomato, chopped 1 nos

  • coloured bell peppers, chopped 4-5 tbsp

  • sesame seeds 1 tsp

  • chili flakes 1/2 tsp

  • garam masala powder 1/2 tsp

  • lime juice 1 tsp

  • pepper powder 1/4 tsp

  • butter 1 tbsp

  • tomato sauce 2 tsp

Directions

    In a bowl. mix together all the ingredients, except butter and tomato sauce. keep aside.

    On one side of a bread apply some butter and on the other side some sauce. Place little of the mix on the side with sauce. Place another slice over it and fry on a grilled pan on both sides for 2-3 minutes.

    Transfer to a serving plate. Make similar sandwiches with the remaining bread slices and paneer mix.

    Serve along with tomato sauce / green chutney as breakfast / tea-time snack.
