Ingredients
Serves : 4
10-12 piece slices of brown bread
1 nos potato, boiled & mashed
100 gms paneer, mashed
2 tsp fried onions
1-2 gms green chilies, chopped
2-3 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 nos tomato, chopped
4-5 tbsp coloured bell peppers, chopped
1 tsp sesame seeds
1/2 tsp chili flakes
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp lime juice
1/4 tsp pepper powder
1 tbsp butter
2 tsp tomato sauce
Directions
In a bowl. mix together all the ingredients, except butter and tomato sauce. keep aside.
On one side of a bread apply some butter and on the other side some sauce. Place little of the mix on the side with sauce. Place another slice over it and fry on a grilled pan on both sides for 2-3 minutes.
Transfer to a serving plate. Make similar sandwiches with the remaining bread slices and paneer mix.
Serve along with tomato sauce / green chutney as breakfast / tea-time snack.
