Ingredients

Chicken bone (Whole thighs and breast parts only) 2 kgs
FOR THE MARINATION - Ginger garlic paste 3 tbsp 3 tbsp
Tandoori masala 2 tbsp
Tikka masala 2 tbsp
Salt 2 tbsp
Red chilli powder 2 tsp
Canola Oil 1 tsp
Butter or Ghee 1-2 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Hung curd 1 cups
Oil 1/2 cups
Onions, Tomatoes and Capsicum sliced 3 cups
Directions
Marinade the chicken with all the ingredients listed under it and keep refrigerated overnight. Oil along with Butter or Ghee should also be used in the marination as mentioned. Olive oil is the best. But you can use any other light flavoured one. I have used Canola Oil here. .
Heating the charcoal barbecue is the first step. After this it becomes so much easier. While barbecuing, use extra oil if you wish. It makes the chicken more juicy and succulent.
Enjoy this straight from the grill to the plate directly along with barbecued veggies of your choice. You can increase or decrease the masalas as per your family's liking.
