Ingredients

  • Chicken leg pieces 3 nos

  • Coriander seeds 4 tsp

  • cloves 4 nos

  • Cardamom 2 nos

  • Cinnamon stick 1 nos

  • Shahi jeera 1 tsp

  • Curd 1/4 cups

  • Red chillipowder 2 tbsp

  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

  • Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp

  • Oil 4 tbsp

  • Salt 1/2 tsp

  • Curry leaves 1 tbsp

Directions

    Heat a pan; add 4 tsp of coriander seeds, 4 clove, 2 cardamom, 1 cinnamon stick, 1 tsp of shahi jeera, dry roast them & grind, make as fine powder.

    Take 1/4 cup of curd in a bowl, add salt, kashmiri red chilli powder, turmeric, ginger-garlic paste, prepared roasted masala powder mix well.

    Now make cuts to the chicken leg pieces & place in the batter apply it thoroughly & marinate for 2-3 hr.

    Now heat 4 tsp of oil; place chicken drum sticks, pour extra masala stir well & cook for about 20-30 min on low flame with occasional stirring.Now chicken drumsticks masala is ready.
