Firstly heat the wok with 1tsp oil add cumin, green chili, ginger stir it few minutes
Now add onion saute it 2or 3 min add smashed potatoes, green peas mix it well now add given all spices, and ingredients mix it well properly on medium flame
Now saute till it becomes change nice brown in colour now reduce the flame and remove on a bowl keep it a side
Now take a bread slices cut in to edge now apply some little water and lightly roll it
Now put on prepared mixture and roll it make a cutlets shap apply brush with oil
Now lightly coated poppy seeds and keep it up preheated oven ( convection mode) for 15 at 220c
Now take out from microwave and serve with hot tea or any types of sauces
