Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 150 gms soyabeen lentil


  • 1 bowls soya chunks


  • 1 tbsp grated ginger


  • 1 tbsp lemon juice


  • 2 tsp black pepper powder


  • 1 tsp turmeric powder


  • 100 gms finely chopped fresh green spinach


  • 2 nos finely chopped onion


  • 3 tsp finely chopped coriander leaves


  • 2 tbsp gram flour


  • 2 tbsp cooking oil


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 cups green peas

Directions

  • In a mixing bowl add soyabeen lentil soak in water for 5 hours
  • In a another bowl add soyabeen chunks soak in a water for 30 min
  • Now wash drain it soyabeen lentil, chunks
  • Now take a soya chunks squeeze it remove excess water
  • In a blender jar add lentil, chunks ,1tbsp water now blend it make a fine paste
  • In a mixing bowl add given all ingredients, prepared paste, to taste salt mix it well
  • Now take a lemon size portion of the mixture make a chap shape and keep it microwave safe tray apply brush with oil
  • Now bake it preheated microwaves for 12 to 15 min at 180 c
  • Turn up side down in between and apply some oil
  • Now take out from microwave and serve it hot with green chatuny or any types of dips
