Mayonnaise 1/4 cups

Directions
The first important step is to take good quality lean meat preferably Beef for juicy and succulent Burgers. Marination of the meat is the second most important thing to do. Therefore rub in the marinade using all the ingredients mentioned and allow it a standing time of atleast an hour.
However this is an instantly done recipe too. So get going with the rest of the process if you are short of time. Grease your palms a bit and shape into round equal sized patties about 12-14
Grease the pan with some Oil and allow them to cook until a bit charred and done. Keep turning the sides one to two times until they are perfectly grilled. Do it in batches and each one of that will take about 10-12 minutes approximately. Likewise lightly grill the onion slices too on the same pan for a lovely look.
Mix both Ketchup and Mayonnaise. Spread this at first on both the sides of the sliced Buns. Next is to place a patty plus the Cheese slice along with the rest of the veggies as desired. Cover with the other half of the bun and drizzle some more of the sauce or ketchup on top. Serve immediately. Piping hot and yum. Enjoy!
