Marinate chicken breast with chilli powder, turmeric powder, tandoor masala, salt, pepper powder, ginger garlic paste & lemon juice for 8 hrs.
Grill until the chicken is cooked well.
For Pepper sauce : Heat butter and shallots.
Fry for couple of minutes.
Add pepper, flour and salt.
Pour in the stock slowly and mix.
Once the stock thickens slightly add in the cream and mix well.
Turn off the heat and serve with your favourite sides.
