Directions
1,Heat 3 Tbsp oil in a pan
2,Add 2 chopped onion and saute well.
I for crush - Garlic- 1 bulb,, Ginger_ 2 pieces, Green chilly
4,when onion saute well add crushed items and saute well for another few minutes.
5, for powdered- Chilly powder, coriander powder, Pepper 1/2tspFennelseed 1/4tsp.cardamon, Cinnamon,cloves
Add powdered items and saute well
Add chicken when it raw spell went out.
Add enough salt and cook in a slow flame with out added water.
When the chicken is cook well switch off the flame.
Add some coriander Leaves and curry leaves
Serve hot with Chapathi and Rice
