1 kg chicken legs,skin on
1 1/2 tsp pepper powder
2 tsp cinnamon powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp cumin powder
1 1/2 tsp sumac powder
2 tbsp Ginger-Garlic garlic paste
2 1/2 tbsp olive oil
4 sprigs rosemary
3 large potatoes
1 large onion
1 bulb garlic
Slit the chicken legs.
Mix all other ingredients except the veggies and make a paste.
Marinate the chicken with this paste for 3o minutes.
Chop the potatoes with skin on .
Dice the carrots.
Chop the onions and cut the garlic bulb into two.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Drizzle olive oil into the baking pan.
Toss the veggies well.
Place the chicken side up on the veggies.
Place the garlic and 3 sprigs rosemary around the chicken.
Cover and bake for about 45 minutes.
Increase the temp to 250 degrees and bake uncovered till the chicken becomes crispy.
Sprinkle the leaves of the remaining rosemary and serve hot.
