2 medium carrots
1 tsp olive oil
2 tbsp broth or water
3 oz green beans
1 garlic
4 oz breast
1 tsp salt and pepper
1 crushed red pepper
Directions
Chop skinned carrots into small cubes
Chop green beans
Finely chop the garlic
Chop the breast
Put the olive oil in pan and add the carrots do a quick stir and broth/water then let it rest
Add the green beans and stir
At the side add garlic and the breast and stir
Then stir all and add salt and pepper
