Ingredients

  • 1 bowl corn


  • 1 green capsicum


  • 5-6 cauliflower Florets


  • 2 table spoon oil


  • 3-4 table spoon cornflour


  • 2-3 table spoon maida


  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice


  • 1 grated ginger


  • 1 chopped green spring onion


  • 1 teaspoon salt


  • 1 teaspoon black pepper powder


  • 1 table spoon soy sauce


  • 1 table spoon red chilli sauce


  • 2-3 chopped green chillies

  • 2 table spoon tomato ketchup

Directions

  • Mix cornflour and maida , grated ginger, salt, black pepper and lemon juice
  • )Add the vegetables and mix it well
  • )Heat oil in kadai and fy vegetables
  • Take out on tissue and let excess oil get drained
  • Take another wok put oil add ginger , spring onion, green chillies and saute it add soy sauce, red chilli sauce, ketchup, salt and black pepper
