Ingredients

  • 1 bowl corn

  • 1 green capsicum

  • 5-6 cauliflower Florets

  • 2 table spoon oil

  • 3-4 table spoon cornflour

  • 2-3 table spoon maida

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  • 1 grated ginger

  • 1 chopped green spring onion

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper powder

  • 1 table spoon soy sauce

  • 1 table spoon red chilli sauce

  • 2-3 chopped green chillies

  • 50mg til

  • 2 table spoon Vinegar

  • 2 table spoon tomato ketchup

    Mix cornflour and maida , grated ginger, salt, black pepper and lemon juice

    )Add the vegetables and mix it well

    )Heat oil in kadai and fy vegetables

    Take out on tissue and let excess oil get drained

    Take another wok put oil add ginger , spring onion, green chillies and saute it add soy sauce, red chilli sauce, ketchup, salt and black pepper
