1 kg Cashewnuts (white ones, without skin) 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder Turmeric powder (pinch) 1/4 tsp Citric acid
Directions
1) Keep wok on flame filled with oil 2) Deep fry cashewnuts in three ro four batches till nicely browned up, on low or medium flame 3) Remove on strainer, then pour on a thhali with kitchen paper on it 4) When all done, put the rest of ingredients and toss well 5) When cooled down store in airtight container
