Ingredients

Serves 5

  • 1 cup blenched spinach

  • 1 onion chopped

  • 1 tsp green chilly 7, 4 garlic cloves and 1" ginger

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 tsp roasted cumin powder

  • 1 tsp red chilly powder

  • 1/2 tsp carrom seeds

  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds

  • 4 tbsp gram flour

  • 2 boiled potatoes

  • 1 tsp salt to taste

Directions

    Wash spinach properly twice or thrice. Chopped the spinach. Blenched the spinach. After blanched keep in a cool water. The colour will remain green.

    Take a bowl. Add spinach, gram flour, red chilly powder, cumin seeds, carom seeds, roasted cumin powder, garam masala , coriander leaves,green chilly, garlic and ginger paste, chopped onion and salt.

    Mix....properly.

    From the mixture make a round in shape . Brush oil in the pakoras Keep aside.

    Prehear air fryer for 180 d C for 5 minutes.

    Take out the basket from air fryer. Apply oil in the basket. Place the pakoras and bake for 10 minutes

    After 10 minutes take out the basket and apply oil in the pakoras . Again bake for 5 minutes.

    Once it is done. Transfer to a serving plate. Ready to serve hot....spinach fritters with kasundi
