2 Cup Palak Poori
2 Green Chilly and Garlic paste
1 Onion Chopped
1 tsp Red Chilly powder 1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder 1 tsp Salt
Wash palak twice or thrice with turmeric powder and salt.
Grind palak with green chilly, garlic. Make a puree.
Add the wheat flour in a palak puree. Mix...it properly. Add salt, red chilly powder, roasted cumin powder, and salt. Mix...it properly. Knead a smooth dough.
Take a small ball from the dough. Roll it like a poori. Repeat the same procedure. Till the dough is finished.
Heat oil in kadai. Fry the poori's one by one till it is cooked properly.
Once it is done. Transfer to a serving plate . Ready to serve hot...pooris with any pickle
