Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 250 gm paneer cut into slices

  • 1 tsp red chilly powder

  • 2 tbsp gram flour

  • 1 tbsp corn flour

  • 1 tsp ajwain seeds

  • 1 tsp green chilly, ginger and garlic paste

  • 1 tsp oil

  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

    Ginger, garlic and green chilly paste. Pander cut into slices.

    In a bowl. Take gram flour,bcorn starch, green chilly, garlic and ginger paste, ajwain, red chilly powder, salt and oil. Mix....properly . The batter should be thick.

    Heat oil in kadai. Once the oil is hot. Dip the paneer in the batter. Fry one by one till it become go den brown in color.

    Once it is done. Transfer to a serving plate. Sprinkle mango powder.

    Ready to serve hot....paneer tikkis with tomato sauce
