  • 250 gms paneer cut into slices

  • 1 tsp red chilly powder

  • 2 tbsp gram flour

  • 1 tbsp corn flour

  • 1 tsp ajwain seeds

  • 1 tsp green chilly, ginger and garlic paste

  • 1 tsp oil

  • 1 tsp salt


  • Ginger, garlic and green chilly paste. Pander cut into slices.
  • In a bowl. Take gram flour,bcorn starch, green chilly, garlic and ginger paste, ajwain, red chilly powder, salt and oil. Mix....properly . The batter should be thick.
  • Heat oil in kadai. Once the oil is hot. Dip the paneer in the batter. Fry one by one till it become go den brown in color.
  • Once it is done. Transfer to a serving plate. Sprinkle mango powder.
  • Ready to serve hot....paneer tikkis with tomato sauce
