1/2 kgs beans
1/4 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp oil
5-10 nos curry leaves
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 nos small onion chopped
1/2 bowls grated coconut
1 tsp cumin seeds
2-3 nos chopped green chillies
Directions
Cut beans into small pieces chop onion
Heat oil in pan add mustard seeds, Curry leaves, cumin seeds, chopped onion and saute
Add beans, turmeric powder,salt and mix well
Add grated coconut and mix well beans thoran ready
