mackerel fish 500 gms
gram flour 2 tbsp
corn starch 1 tbsp
red chilli powder 1 tsp
green chilli, garlic and ginger paste 1 tsp
cumin powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
oil 2 tbsp
Take a bowl. Marinate the fish with turmeric powder, red chilly powder, cumin powder, green chilly, ginger and garlic paste,gram flour, cornflour, salt and few drops of oil.
Mix.....properly and keep in a fridge for one hrs. After one hrs .take out fish from the fridge
Preheat air fryer 180 d C for five minutes. Take out the air fryer basket. Apply oil in the basket and place the fish in the basket. Bake for 15 minutes
After 15 minutes take out fish from the basket. Apply oil in the fish. Again bake for 5 minutes.. Once it is done. Transfer to a serving plate.
Ready to serve with................. kasundi....
