Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 4 pieces chicken lollipops


  • 2 tablespoon dry red chilly paste


  • 1 tablespoon ginger and garlic paste


  • 2 tablespoon soya sauce


  • 1 tablespoon black pepper


  • 4 tablespoon corn flour


  • 1 tsp vinegar

Directions

  • Marinate the chicken with masala and vinegar. Keep in a fridge for one day
  • Next day take out the chicken from the fridge. Apply 1 teaspoon oil and keep aside to come on room temperature.
  • Keep the chicken in a aluminium foil
  • Preheat Air fryer 180 d C for 5 minutes
  • Wrap the chicken with aluminium foil properly and keep in a air fryer basket for 15 minutes.
  • After 15 minutes check. If it is done. Cool it. Take out the basket from air fryer. Garnish with fried capsicum and onion slices.
  • Transfer to a serving plate. Ready to serve......Air fryer hot......chicken lollipop with tomato sauce
