  • 2 Liver (Mutton) 1 n half tsp Salt 2 tsp Chilli powder 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder 1 Lemon juice 1 tsp Oil

    1) Cut big liver pieces, wash and strain all water out 2) Make marinade of the above and mix liver in it 3) Let it rest for an hour then chargrill till done 4) Liver takes very less time to cook and if over done it goes hard 5) Serve with hot chutneys and baked chilli wedges or fries
