Marinate the chicken pieces in a bowl with hung curd, salt, lime juice,ginger garlic paste,green chillies,fresh cream,besan and keep aside for 30-40 minutes.
Take black pepper, cinnamon, cardamom, mace, nutmeg in a pan and dry roast them.
Now make a fine powder in a blender.
Add Sandalwood powder with this mixture.
Now take 2 tablespoon of this powder and mix with chicken.
preheat your oven for 10 minutes @ 180 degree.
Arrange the chicken pieces on skewers.
Grill the kababs at 180 degree Celsius for 30 to 40 minutes.
Brush oil meanwhile.
Take out the kabab from the oven.
Arrange the cheese from the top and further grill for 5 minutes.
Now heat up the charcoal peace.
Arrange the kebab pieces on a plate and keep the charcoal in the middle of the plate.
Put the butter piece from top on the charcoal and cover the plate.
keep it aside for 10 minutes.
