2 Large Beef Patties (85g Each)
4 Slices of Cheddar Cheese
2 Slices of Onion
2 Slices of Tomato
2 Leaves of Iceberg Lettuce
2 Tablespoons of Mustard
Directions
Heat a frying pan to medium, press your thumb into the middle of the patty and put the burger patties into the pan for four minutes each side.
Lay the iceburg lettuce out and place the cheese, beef patty, onion, tomato and mustard into the middle and wrap with the remaining lettuce.
Repeat for each burger.
