Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 500 gram paneer cut in to cubes size


  • 300 gram green capsicum cut in to cubes size


  • 1tbsp paneer tikka masala pwd


  • 1tbsp tomato ketchup


  • 1tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp kitchen king meet masala pwd


  • 2tsp red chili powder


  • 1tsp coriander powder


  • 1/2tsp cumin powder


  • 1tbsp lemon juice


  • 2 tbsp refined oil


  • 1tsp black pepper powder


  • 1tsp chaat masala pwd


  • 3tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves


  • 1tsp ginger paste


  • 1tsp garlic powder


  • 1and half tsp salt (optional )


  • 1tbsp cornflour


  • 3 onion petals


  • 1small bowl hungcurd

Directions

  • In a mixing bowl add given all ingredients and spice ,1 tbsp oil mix it properly now cover and rest for 1 hours
  • After 1 hours take a sekwer and set it
  • Now brush with oil
  • Now bake it preheated microwaves ( convection mode) at 220c for 15 min
  • Apple oil brushing for 2 time in between
