Wash the palak twice or thrice nicely. Chopped the palak and grind coarsely. Once it is done keep aside.
Take a bowl. Add grind palak, paneer, boiled potatoes, red chilly powder, green chilly, ginger and garlic paste, roasted cumin powder, rice flour, bread crumbs and salt. Mix.... well. There will be no lumps on it.
From the mixture make a small ball. Stuff cheese slices and close the edges and make a small ball in shape. Repeat the same procedure. Once it is done. Keep aside.
Heat oil in Kadai. Once the oil is slightly hot. Dip fry the cheese balls in low flame. Once it become light brown in color. Transfer to a kitchen paper. Soak all the excess oil. Once it is done
Transfer to a serving plate. Ready to serve hot.....spinach cheese balls with tomato sauce. Please try this recipe
