Ingredients

2 medium size tomatoes
1 medium size onion
1 cup vegetables ( carrot, french beans and cauliflower cut into small pieces )
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp black peppet
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp fresh cream
1/2 tsp salt
1 garlic cloves
1" ginger
Directions
Pressure cook the tomato,onion,cumin seeds,garlic , ginger, black. Pepper, cardamom and salt. pour water as needed. Wait for. 1 whistle. Once it is done. Cool it .Take out the lid. Keep a side
While Grinding take out the ginger and grind it. Keep aside
In a pressure cooker .Add 2 tbsp butter. Then add all the vegetables. Sauted for few minutes.
Then add tomato puree. Mix...well. Pressure cook till 1 whistle. Once it is done. Cool it. Open the lid.
Transfer to a serving bowl. Garnish with fresh cream. Ready to serve...hot. ... Healthy soup
