Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • For dry ingredients 1 cup maida / refined flour


  • 2 tbsp baking powder and 1/2 tsp baking soda


  • salt to taste 1/2 tsp


  • Wet ingredients 1 cup mashed red pumpkin


  • 3 eggs


  • 1 bowl melted butter


  • 1 cup Sugar powder as needed


  • 2 tbsp crushed almond


  • 1 tbsp vanilla essence


  • Pumpkin puree 1 cup

Directions

  • Boiled pumpkin in pressure cooker for 1 whistle. Cool it. Take out the lid. Grind it make a puree.
  • Dry ingredients In a bowl. Take refined flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. (sieve it)
  • Wet ingredients In another bowl. Add pumpkin puree, eggs, butter, walnut, vanilla essence, cardamom powder. Mix...it well. Prepare the cake tin. Brush melted butter and dust refined flour. Pour the cake batter on the prepare cake tin. Spread evenly.
  • Put in microwave for 15 minutes. Once it is done.
  • Transfer to a serving plate. Ready to serve Healthy and tasty homemade pumpkin cake.
