Ingredients

  • 800 gram chicken pices

  • 1tbsp garlic paste

  • 1tbsp ginger paste

  • 1tsp rosted cumin powder

  • 1tsp black pepper powder

  • 1tbsp turmeric powder

  • 1tbsp red chili powder

  • 1tbsp chicken tikka masala pwd

  • 4tbsp chopped green coriander leaves

  • 1tbsp salt ( as required)

  • 1tbsp lemon juice

  • 1tsp coriander powder

  • 3tbsp mustard oil

  • 1tsp ginger powder

  • 1small bowl hungcurd

  • 1tbsp tomato ketchup

  • 1tbsp cornflour

  • 1tsp chaat masala powder

  • 1/4tsp green cardamom pwd

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon pwd

    Firstly take a bowl now put chicken pices and wash twice

  • 02

    Now add all spices, ingredients and 2tbsp mustard oil mix it properly

  • 03

    Now keep it in fridge for 2 hours

  • 04

    After 2 hours take out from fridge

  • 05

    Now keep it baking tray and brush with oil then bake it preheated microwaves ( convection mode) for 20 min on 220 c

  • 06

    Now grill it 5 min
