Ingredients

Water 500 ml
Wheat Penne Dry 75 gms
Milk 500 ml
Maida 4 tsp
Butter 4 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Ground Pepper 1 tsp
Seasoning 2 tsp
Chilli Flakes 2 tsp
capsicum 125 gms
carrot 1 nos
onions 1 nos
sweet corn 1/2 cups
Olive oil/butter 1.5 tsp
Directions
Penne: Boil water and add 0.5tsp olive oil and 0.5tsp salt.
Penne: Add Penne and boil it for 7-10min. Dry Penny once it's soft
Veggies: Add 1 tsp olive oil or butter and onions, carrot, capsicum and corn and heat it until it's cooked.
Veggies: Add 0.5tsp of ground pepper and equal quantity of salt.
White Cream: Heat 4tsps of butter mildly. Add 4tsps of maida powder and mix it well with butter. Heat it until it turns light brown and a but dry
White Cream: Pour milk slowly while keep moving to avoid formation of small lumps. The cream should be continuously mixed until it becomes a bit thick
White Cream: Add 0.5tsp pepper, chilli flakes had seasoning and mix it. Add vegetables corn to it
