Boiled potatoes. Keep aside. Boiled green peas. Cool it and grind the green peas
Take a bowl. Add mashed potatoes, mashed green peas, green chilly, garlic and ginger paste, roasted cumin powder, mango powder, corn starch, gram flour. Mix...well. Knead a smooth dough. From the dough mixture make a tikk's and keep aside.
Preheat Air Fryer 180 d C. For 5 minutes.. Brush oil the basket. place the tikkis to the basket.
Bake for 15 minutes. Once it is done.
Transfer to a serving plate with cabbage leaves. Ready to serve...hot...green peas and mint tikkis with any chutney
