Ingredients

Serves : 10
  • 2 potatoes boiled and mashed


  • 1/4 cup boiled green peas


  • 1 tsp ginger,garlic and green chilly paste


  • 1 tbsp corn starch


  • 1 tbsp rice flour


  • 2 tbsp gram flour


  • 1 tsp salt to taste


  • 1/2 tsp mango powder


  • 1 tsp roasted cumin powder

Directions

  • Boiled potatoes. Keep aside. Boiled green peas. Cool it and grind the green peas
  • Take a bowl. Add mashed potatoes, mashed green peas, green chilly, garlic and ginger paste, roasted cumin powder, mango powder, corn starch, gram flour. Mix...well. Knead a smooth dough. From the dough mixture make a tikk's and keep aside.
  • Preheat Air Fryer 180 d C. For 5 minutes.. Brush oil the basket. place the tikkis to the basket.
  • Bake for 15 minutes. Once it is done.
  • Transfer to a serving plate with cabbage leaves. Ready to serve...hot...green peas and mint tikkis with any chutney
