2 cup Maida
2 Eggs
1 cup Butter
Coco powder 4 tablespoon (for taste)
1 cup Sugar powder
2 teaspoon Vanilla essence
Red wine 1/4 small cup
2 teaspoon Baking powder
Directions
Pre heat the oven at 180 degree C
Dry ingredients... Sieve and add 2 cup maida and 2 teaspoon baking powder. Add 2 teaspoon vanilla essence. Add 1/4 cup red wine. After red wine.Mix well, but not for too long
Wet ingredients.... Add 1 cup butter, 2 eggs, 4 tablespoon coco powder and sugar powder. Mix.....well
Pour the batter in prepared cake mould. Put the cake mould in a oven for 45 minutes Take out the cake mould from the oven after 45 minutes. Cool it. Tap gently
