FOR DOUGH: Combine flour and salt. Whisk.
Cut butter in small pieces and rub into the flour till it resembles breadcrumbs.
Add water and bind to form dough.
Wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes or till firm.

FOR STUFFING: Combine all ingredients mentioned under stuffing.
Remove dough from refrigerator. Roll out the dough in big circle and cut in circle shapes.
Stuff 1-1/4 teaspoon of filling in the center of the the circle. Apply water around the edges of the circle.
Place another circle shaped rolled dough over the stuffing and seal firmly both edges well with fork.
Bake in preheated oven at 375 deg F for 30-40 minutes. Flip them halfway through baking time so it's evenly colored.
Remove from oven and serve warm or cold.
