Ingredients

  • 1/2 cups blanched spinach


  • 1/2 cups boiled n mashed potatoes


  • 1/2 cups soaked poha


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1/4 tsp green chilly paste


  • 2 tbsp corn flour


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp chat masala


  • 2 tbsp all purpose flour


  • 2 tsp dry poha


  • 2 tsp oil

Directions

  • Soak poha for an hourTake a large bowl add boiled n mashed potato,blanched spinach,poha,salt,corn flour,ginger garlic paste,green chilly paste, and chat masala and mix well.Divide the dough into equal size balls and shape each ball to flat patties of medium thickness.All the balls are made in the same way dip in the all purpose flour paste and coat with pohaHeat oil in a pan and shallow fry the cutlet in a medium flame.Serve hot with ketchup
