Chop cheera nicely on the chopping board and keep it aside.
In a grinder, put grated coconut, cumin seeds, garlic, turmeric and red chilli powder. Grind well to make a paste.
Heat oil in a pan over medium flame and add mustard seeds along with curry leaves and green chillies.
Add onions and saute the mixture
add the spinach and coconut paste.
Add a little water with salt and coconut oil and cook it well for few minutes.
Add cooked rice and mix it well.
Cheera Choru is ready.enjoy!
