Wash and soak the rice for 1 hour.
Then grind them along with cumin seeds, garlic, chilli, ginger and water to make a smooth batter .
Then wash as no chop the bitter guard leaves. But I didn't chop them as I didn't have much leaves.
Then mix 3-4 tsp of batter along with salt, turmeric powder and chilli powder.
Heat a tawa and put oil in it. Then spread the leaves over it like dosa.
Cook in low flame till both the sides become golden brown in colour and become crispy. Then switch off the flame. Now your Kalara patra bhaja is ready. Serve hot.
