Ingredients

  • Multigrain flour 2 cup


  • Crushed carom seeds 1/4 tsp


  • Salad(spinach,onion, radish)1 cup


  • Crushed coriander seeds 1/4 tsp


  • Fennel seeds powder 1/4 tsp


  • Salt 1/2 tsp


  • Oil 2 tbsp

Directions

  • Crush all the veggies in the chopper. Add all the ingredients and salad veggies in the multigrain flour and mix it well. Make a dough with the help of little water. Keep aside for 15 mins. Divide the dough into equal size balls,roll them with rolling pin. On a heated pan make paratha applying oil on both the sides. Serve hot.
