Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 cups wheat flour


  • 2 cups meethi leaves


  • 1 nos deseeded tomato diced


  • 1/2 tsp grated ginger


  • 2 nos finely chopped green chillies


  • 1 tsp garlic leaves


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder


  • 1/4 tsp onion seeds


  • 1/4 tsp carom seeds


  • 1/4 tsp asafoetida


  • 2 tsp oil


  • 2 tbsp clarified butter

Directions

  • Heat oil in a pan,add asafoetida and tomato and saute for one mins.Now add green chilly,ginger,green garlic leaves and saute for few mins.Add coriander powder,red chilly powder,turmeric powder and 2 tbsp water and mix wellAdd finely chopped methi leaves,carom seeds,onion seeds and salt and mix well.Cook for few mins and turn off the flame.Now take a large bowl add wheat flour and fried methi leaves and make a dough.Divide the dough into a ball and roll out paratha.Grease some clarified butter and fold in a round shape and again roll itNow on a heated pan place the methi tomato paratha and grease clarified butter both the sidesServe hot with aloo bhaji
