Total Time : 50
Ingredients
Serves 6
500 gm Mutton mince
1 1/2 big bunches Fenugreek leaves fresh
2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1 1/2 tbsp Salt
1 1/2 tbsp Red chilli powder
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tbsp Garam masala
1 tbsp Cumin powder
5 tbsp Oil
3 Onions finely chopped
1/4 cup freshly chopped Coriander leaves
Directions
Heat oil in a deep frying pan. Add ginger garlic paste followed by the onions.
Saute them until translucent on a low to medium high heat. Now add rest of the powdered spices except the Garam masala. Saute until oil starts floating on top. Then add the mince. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes
After 15 minutes, add chopped fresh fenugreek leaves. Adjust salt and simmer for 10 more minutes. Do not add any water. It should get cooked in it's own juices.
Garnish with coriander leaves plus the Garam masala, wait for a minute more and then all ready to dish out your fabulous sabzi. Serve it with Chapatis, Phulkas, Naans or Pulao. It tastes best with Plain boiled rice and Khatti Daal.
An amazingly delish and a purely delectable side dish in my way. Absolutely a bliss. It goes well with almost everything. Comfort food of all times- this is what i call it, because of it's lipsmacking taste. Try this awesome Hyderabadi sabzi for any meal of the day. Protien rich food for your loved ones. You will want more and more of it as you taste. Happy Cooking !!!!!!!!!!
