Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 bowls vegetable stock


  • 1/4 cups thinly chopped cabbage


  • 1/2 nos green capsicum finely chopped


  • 2 nos cauliflower florets finely chopped


  • 1 nos spring onion finely chopped


  • 1 tsp black pepper powder


  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce


  • 1 tbsp green chilli sauce


  • 2 tsp dark soya sauce


  • 1 tbsp vinegar


  • 3 tsp corn flour mix half cup water


  • 1 tbsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder


  • 1 tsp oregano


  • 1/2 nos carrots grated


  • 1 nos small size onion finely chopped

Directions

  • Heat the wok with oil then add all veggies saute for 2 min on high flame
  • Now add vegetables stock and salt mix well
  • Now add all given sauce and spices and cornflour water mix well and cook for 6 or 7 min on medium flame
  • When soup till it becomes thick then reduce the flame
