Ingredients

Serves 2

  • vegetable stock 2 bowls

  • thinly chopped cabbage 1/4 cups

  • green capsicum finely chopped 1/2 nos

  • cauliflower florets finely chopped 2 nos

  • spring onion finely chopped 1 nos

  • black pepper powder 1 tsp

  • tomato sauce 1 tbsp

  • green chilli sauce 1 tbsp

  • dark soya sauce 2 tsp

  • vinegar 1 tbsp

  • corn flour mix half cup water 3 tsp

  • salt 1 tbsp

  • garlic powder 1/2 tsp

  • oregano 1 tsp

  • carrots grated 1/2 nos

  • small size onion finely chopped 1 nos

Directions

  • 01

    Heat the wok with oil then add all veggies saute for 2 min on high flame

  • 02

    Now add vegetables stock and salt mix well

  • 03

    Now add all given sauce and spices and cornflour water mix well and cook for 6 or 7 min on medium flame

  • 04

    When soup till it becomes thick then reduce the flame
