Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1/2 cups lal bhaji and spinach each


  • 1/2 kgs besan


  • 1/4 kgs onion


  • 4 nos green chilli


  • 1/8 tsp baking soda


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 2-3 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp red chili powder


  • 1/8 tsp asafoetida

Directions

  • Chop bhaji finely after cleaning and washing
  • Mix besan in water add spices salt
  • Add chopped bhaji in it make balls of it
  • Fry in hot oil till half cooked
  • With palms of the hand press them and fry again
  • Enjoy crispy bhaji wadas
