Ingredients

Serves 6

  • Lal bhaji and spinach each 1/2 cups

  • Besan 1/2 kgs

  • onion 1/4 kgs

  • green chilli 4 nos

  • Baking soda 1/8 tsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Oil 2-3 tbsp

  • Red chili powder 1 tsp

  • Asafoetida 1/8 tsp

Directions

  • 01

    Chop bhaji finely after cleaning and washing

  • 02

    Mix besan in water add spices salt

  • 03

    Add chopped bhaji in it make balls of it

  • 04

    Fry in hot oil till half cooked

  • 05

    With palms of the hand press them and fry again

  • 06

    Enjoy crispy bhaji wadas
